“Chosen to Be a Disciple” is available on Amazon in Kindle and paperback.
In this book “Chosen to Be A Disciple” Dr. Robert J. Charles shares his heart as a disciple. His clear Biblical understanding of the calling plus the very practical applications to a life of discipleship make this book a must-read for all.

New Orleans, LA, USA – April 20, 2021 – According to Dr. Robert J. Charles in his book “Chosen to Be A Disciple,” published April 20, 2021, many people come to Jesus every year, but many of them leave shortly afterward. Charles says, “That’s one of the concerns of the Church today. Another is creating an atmosphere for discipleship.” The book addresses discipleship, the reasons for the lack of development, and more importantly, outlines how the non-discipleship culture of Christianity today is one of the main reasons for people either leaving the Church or not serving at all. “I think it is important that readers understand the meaning of a disciple, how they can become one, and what a disciple does,” says Charles. “That is the main reason that I authored “Chosen to be a Disciple.”

“Chosen to Be A Disciple” will help the reader to:

1. Know that you are chosen by God for an amazing purpose on this Earth.

2. Discover the joy and fulfillment of being a disciple.

3. Release your full potential as a disciple.

4. Live as Christ’s disciple in these post-COVID-19 times.

5. Enjoy what God has in store for you as a disciple.

This timely publication will help God’s chosen people to thrive in an antagonistic world and attain the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Jose Cortes Jr., Associate Ministerial Director for Evangelism – North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists

I strongly recommend this book to all pastors, leaders, officers, and members. It is not a replication of the other books on discipleship, but a fresh look at a pertinent subject with clarity and honesty. Most of all, the conclusions drawn and the implications given are based on Biblical principles. Pastor Bordes Henry Saturné, MEd, MTh, PhD – Chair, Andrews University Leadership Department

“Chosen to Be a Disciple” should be in the library of anyone who desires to excel in the mission of making disciples. Dr. Alanzo Smith – Executive Secretary, Greater New York Conference
